Social responsibility

Johnson & Johnson has a proud record of active involvement in social investment programmes in South Africa. We demonstrate our commitment to corporate social responsibility in a number of ways, pioneering innovative programmes and initiatives that address the core needs of less developed communities, and making a significant contribution in the fields of education and training, social welfare and healthcare.

Our objective is to bridge the skills and education gap and help overcome critical socio-economic, health and education challenges threatening the growth and well-being of the nation. Combating the HIV/Aids pandemic is a core focus area at both community and national level.
